If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached (if applicable).
  • Customised, personalised, or made-to-order items cannot be returned, unless faulty.

To initiate a return, please contact us at firstuniformsolutions@yahoo.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. Kindly return at below address:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or full refund.
